This is one of my favorite things to eat when I don’t have time to make a full breakfast in the morning. It’s simple to make and really yummy. I don’t really use any measurements when I make this pudding anymore but I put some measurements together for someone that’s making it for the first time.
1st peel and cut the bananas.
2nd put everything together in a blender.
3rd blend away (if it looks a little watery you should add more chia seeds)!
4th place the pudding into any covered container (I usually use mason jars).
5th let it sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy it the next day for breakfast.
Things to Remember
This pudding is a little bit more liquidy than the store bought puddings that you can get, but it’s still super yummy! You can put anything into the banana/chia seed/almond base that you like, such as Nutella or almond butter.
